Bahati Speaks About November 6 Celebration
The accident comes just days before Bahati and his wife, Diana Marua, are expected to hold a special celebration marking 10 years together.
The event, scheduled for November 6, is expected to be an exclusive black-tie affair with only 100 guests.
The couple has reportedly set the invitation price at KSh 1 million, meaning the event could raise up to KSh 100 million if all the available invitations are taken.
Despite the accident, Bahati maintained that the upcoming celebration would proceed as planned.
He suggested that the incident would not stop the family from celebrating their special day, expressing confidence that Friday’s event would be successful.
The planned celebration has also attracted public attention because of restrictions on media coverage, with reports indicating that journalists, cameras and livestreaming will not be allowed at the venue.
Bahati has also recently been linked to possible political ambitions, with reports suggesting he could be interested in contesting the Mathare North parliamentary seat on a DCP ticket.
