Real Madrid Dressing Room Chaos as Valverde and Tchouameni Clash Ahead of El Clasico

Real Madrid are facing one of their most difficult moments in recent years after reports of a dressing room clash involving Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni ahead of the important El Clasico match against Barcelona.
Reports from Spain claim that tensions at the club have been growing for months due to poor performances and disappointment this season. Things reportedly became worse during a training session when Valverde made a strong tackle on Tchouameni. The French midfielder was not happy with the challenge, and the argument later continued inside the dressing room.
The situation allegedly turned physical, with Valverde reportedly hitting his head on a table during the confrontation. He was later taken to hospital and diagnosed with a head injury that could keep him out for up to two weeks.

Although the exact details remain unclear, the incident has raised serious concerns about unity inside the Real Madrid squad. Such scenes are unusual at a club known for discipline and success.
Many football fans believe the problems started after the arrival of Kylian Mbappe in the summer of 2024. Before his signing, Real Madrid had a balanced squad with players like Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Rodrygo working well together under coach Carlo Ancelotti.
However, things reportedly changed after Mbappe joined the club and experienced midfielder Toni Kroos left. Some reports suggested that the team struggled to balance star players and maintain harmony in the dressing room.

Real Madrid also faced criticism after poor results in major competitions. The club failed to impress in the UEFA Champions League and lost ground in the La Liga title race to rivals FC Barcelona.
Former Xabi Alonso was later brought in to improve the situation after his success at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. However, his time at Madrid reportedly became difficult due to pressure, dressing room disagreements and inconsistent performances.
After Alonso’s departure, former defender Alvaro Arbeloa took charge of the team. Despite promising to improve morale and results, Madrid continued to struggle, suffering several disappointing defeats in both league and cup competitions.
Now, with El Clasico approaching, pressure continues to increase on Real Madrid. A defeat against Barcelona could officially end their La Liga title hopes and increase calls for major changes at the club during the summer transfer window.
Club president Florentino Perez is now expected to make important decisions about the squad and coaching staff as the Spanish giants look to rebuild and return to winning ways next season.
