KUCCPS Students Can Now Download 2026/2027 University Admission Letters

Thousands of students who were placed in public universities by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) can now download their 2026/2027 admission letters after several universities opened their admission portals.
Some of the universities that have already released admission letters include:
- Kenyatta University (KU)
- Moi University
- Maseno University
- Kisii University
- Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST)
- Maasai Mara University
- Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT)
Students admitted to these universities should visit their institution’s official admissions portal to download their admission letters and joining instructions before reporting in September.
JKUAT Yet to Release Admission Letters
Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has announced that admission letters are still being prepared.
The university has advised students to wait for an official announcement on when the letters will be available for download.
How to Download Your University Admission Letter
Although the steps may vary slightly from one university to another, most students can download their admission letters by following these steps:
- Visit your university’s official admission portal.
- Log in using your KCSE index number and examination year.
- Accept the admission offer if required.
- Fill in any personal details requested.
- Upload the required documents.
- Download and print your admission letter, joining instructions, and any other required forms.
