KCB Foundation Opens Applications for 2026 2Jiajiri Scholarships

Young Kenyans looking to gain technical skills now have a chance to apply for scholarships offered by the KCB Foundation through its 2Jiajiri Programme.

The foundation is offering Grade 3 level scholarships for different courses that will be taught at selected Vocational Training Centres across the country. Interviews for successful applicants are scheduled to take place between June 23 and June 26, 2026, at the respective institutions.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:

  • Have a valid National Identity Card.
  • Be aged between 18 and 34 years.
  • Be ready to study at any of the selected training institutions.
  • Be able to read and write in either English or Kiswahili.
  • Commit to attending all training sessions and industrial attachments within their area of residence.
  • Belong to one of the categories of Skiller, Apprentice, or Business Owner.

Important Information for Applicants

Applicants are advised to fill in all required details carefully, as only complete applications will be considered.

Those invited for interviews will be required to present their original national ID and certificates showing their highest level of education. Failure to provide these documents will lead to automatic disqualification.

KCB Foundation said selection into the programme will be competitive and all applicants will be given equal opportunities regardless of gender, disability, religion, ethnicity or region.

The foundation also assured applicants that personal information collected during the application process will be handled in line with Kenya’s data protection laws.
