Laikipia County Announces 191 Healthcare Job Vacancies, Application Deadline Set for July 8

The Laikipia County Government has announced 191 job opportunities in its health department as part of efforts to improve healthcare services across the county.
According to the county, the recruitment targets professionals across various healthcare fields, including nursing, clinical services, laboratory services, pharmacy, public health, nutrition, radiology, rehabilitation, and health administration.
The biggest share of the vacancies is for Registered Nurse II, with 70 positions available. Other opportunities include Enrolled Nurses, Clinical Officers, Medical Officers, Radiographers, Nutrition Officers, Pharmaceutical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technologists and Community Health Officers.
The county has also advertised internship opportunities for Nursing Officers, giving fresh graduates a chance to gain practical experience in the healthcare sector.
Officials said the recruitment aims to boost healthcare service delivery and increase access to quality medical care for residents across Laikipia County.
Interested applicants are required to submit their applications through the official application link provided by the county government. All supporting documents should be combined into a single PDF file not exceeding 5MB.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. Applicants will be required to present original academic and professional certificates during the interview process.
The county government has warned job seekers against fraudsters, noting that the recruitment process is free and no payment is required at any stage.
Women, persons living with disabilities and other qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
