Jobless Kenyan Husband Confronted by Wife: “Umekalisha Matako, Tafuta Kazi Kama Wanaume Wengine!”

A young woman confronts her husband after he loses his job and remains at home, telling him, “Umekalisha matako, hakuna kitu unafanya kwa hii nyumba.”
“Mwanaume mzima kama wewe, umemea nywele kila mahali. Huwezi amka utafute kazi kama wanaume wengine? Nitapigia askari wakuje wakuchukue, ufungwe,” the woman said angrily as she threw utensils at him.
The man previously had a job but unfortunately lost it. What makes the situation even more painful is that he helped his wife secure a job. Now that the woman earns more than he does, the man is now useless.
Despite having an income, the woman reportedly refused to pay the children’s school fees, arguing that it was the man’s responsibility and that she could not spend her money on them.
The man is heard saying, “Hiyo kazi unanidharau nayo, mi ndio nilikutafutia.”
She responds, “Si uchukue uendeleze. Kazi ni kukaa tu? Uwezi nunua chakula, huwezi lipa fees.”
Hii dunia, hakuna kitu painful kama bibi yako ako na pesa kukushinda.
