HORECA Sales Representative – Nairobi
Java House is also hiring one HORECA Sales Representative based in Nairobi.
The successful candidate will help grow sales in the hotel, restaurant, and catering sector, as well as the company’s Java on the Go (JOG) business.
The role will include:
Finding and managing HORECA clients.
Expanding the company’s JOG kiosks and coffee stations.
Supporting existing customers and following up on orders and collections.
Demonstrating coffee-making operations and calibrating equipment.
Training site staff and representing Java House at industry events.
Applicants should have a degree or diploma in business, sales and marketing, hospitality or a related field, together with at least five years of relevant experience.
Barista training or certification is an added advantage. Experience in sales, customer relationship management, pricing, margins and collections will also be useful.

HR Assistant – Java ABC
Java House is recruiting one HR Assistant for its Java ABC branch.
The position requires at least one year of experience and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
Applicants should understand Kenyan labour laws, including the Employment Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and Work Injury Benefits Act (WIBA).
They should also be familiar with statutory deductions and returns such as NSSF, SHA/SHIF, NITA, Housing Levy and PAYE, as well as relevant systems such as NEIMS.
