In the footage, one of the men appears to hold the boy’s head while the other pours alcohol from a Captain Morgan bottle directly into his mouth.
“Meza, meza, na usijaribu kusema umepewa hii kitu,” one of the men is heard saying.
What has particularly angered Kenyans is the apparent force used against the child, who is made to drink the alcohol without water.
The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety and well-being of the young boy. Alcohol consumption can be particularly dangerous for children, and forcing a minor to consume alcohol could have serious health consequences.
