The world has not ended. As the sun sets on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, the catastrophic three-year global flood prophesied by Ghanaian preacher Ebo Noah has failed to materialize.

In a last-minute turn of events that has left over 380,000 followers in a state of confusion, the controversial prophet has released a video claiming that “God has allegedly postponed” the destruction of the earth.

The announcement comes after months of viral buildup, during which the preacher constructed a fleet of wooden “arks” and warned of a world-ending deluge.

Scene in Ghana: 380,000 Waiting to Board

At the main construction site in Ghana, the atmosphere was a mix of intense prayer and mounting tension throughout the morning.

Viral videos showed thousands of believers some who had traveled from Nigeria and South Africa lining up to secure spots on the 10 wooden vessels.

Many families reportedly camped overnight at the ark site, ignoring the biblical promise in Genesis 9 (the rainbow covenant) in favor of Ebo Noah’s “divine revelation.”

“Postponement” Video

Just hours after the rain was supposed to begin, Ebo Noah addressed his followers from his $89,000 Mercedes-Benz, appearing significantly less urgent than in his previous “sackcloth” updates.

“I have prayed and interceded for the world. God is merciful,” the preacher said in a new clip. He suggested that his own “intercession” on behalf of Ghana and the world had moved God to extend the deadline, though he did not provide a new date for the supposed reset.

The “Game Night” Irony

Critics have been quick to point out that the prophet had already prepared for a “prophecy fail.” Just days ago, he was seen advertising a “Game Night” event scheduled to start on December 24 and run until January 1, 2026.

“If nothing happens, I will be here to have fun,” he had previously told his followers in the advert, a statement that many now see as a clear sign of a planned exit strategy.

Economic Fallout

While the prophet prepares for his “Game Night,” the fallout for his followers is significant. Reports indicate that several families sold their property and resigned from their jobs in anticipation of the three-year rain.

Although the preacher claims he never asked for money, the social crisis resulting from thousands of displaced people at the ark sites is now a major concern for Ghanaian authorities.
