KCB Bank has announced new job opportunities for Direct Sales Representatives . The positions are on a 12-month contract, and successful candidates will help the bank attract new customers and grow its business.
The selected candidates will report to Branch Managers and will be expected to meet sales targets, provide quality customer service, and market different banking products.
Duties of the Job
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Bringing in new customers for KCB Bank products and services.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Taking part in product promotion campaigns.
- Conducting door-to-door marketing and sales.
- Collecting feedback from customers.
- Preparing regular sales reports.
Qualifications Required
To apply for the position, applicants must:
- Be a recent university graduate.
- Have a minimum grade of C+ in K.C.S.E, including C+ in English and Mathematics.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Have a passion for customer service.
Candidates with experience in sales or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.
