Rubis Energy Kenya has invited young graduates to apply for its 2026 Young Graduate Trainee Program.
The program will run for 18 months and aims to help fresh graduates gain skills, experience and leadership training in the energy sector.
According to the company, the trainee program is meant to prepare young professionals for future leadership positions through practical work experience, mentorship and exposure to different business departments.
