Rubis Energy Kenya has invited young graduates to apply for its 2026 Young Graduate Trainee Program.
The program will run for 18 months and aims to help fresh graduates gain skills, experience and leadership training in the energy sector.
According to the company, the trainee program is meant to prepare young professionals for future leadership positions through practical work experience, mentorship and exposure to different business departments.
Rubis Energy Kenya is one of the leading energy companies in East Africa. The company deals with petroleum products and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). It is part of the global Rubis Group, which operates in Africa, Europe and the Caribbean.
The company said selected graduates will get an opportunity to work with experienced professionals while learning how different departments operate.

Qualifications And Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have graduated within the last two years
- Must have an Upper Second-Class Degree or higher
- KCSE mean grade of B+ and above
- Applicants should be 26 years or below

- Business-related courses
- Finance
- Marketing
- Procurement and Supply Chain
- Information Technology (IT)
- Law and related courses
