CCTV Captures Students Setting Fire to Dormitory Before Locking Others Inside

Reports have emerged of a serious incident at Utumishi Girls Academy, where a dormitory fire led to the death of 16 students.
According to a survivor, some girls were seen leaving the dormitory shortly before the fire started. The survivor claims they also locked the dormitory door from outside, making it hard for other students to escape.
CCTV footage is said to have captured the same group of students placing mattresses on fire inside the dormitory before quickly leaving the scene.
