Kenya Pipeline Company Announces 50 Internship Jobs for Graduates

Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) has announced 50 internship opportunities for young Kenyans looking to gain practical work experience in their areas of training.
The one-year internship programme is open to graduates who completed their studies from 2020 onwards and have either a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in the required fields.
The interns will be placed in different departments, including ICT, finance, human resources, engineering, legal, procurement, safety and health, among others.
Courses and Positions Available
The available opportunities include:
- ICT – 2 positions for graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
- Safety, Health and Environment – 2 positions for graduates in Environmental Science or Occupational Safety and Health.
- Finance – 2 positions for graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) or Bachelor of Accounting.
- Revenue – 2 positions for graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) or Bachelor of Accounting.
- Legal – 2 positions for Bachelor of Law graduates.
- Corporate Planning – 2 positions for graduates in Economics or Statistics.
- Human Resource – 1 position for graduates in Human Resource Management or Business Management (HR).
- Supply Chain and Procurement – 1 position for graduates in Procurement and Logistics Management or Business Management (Supplies, Supply Chain and Procurement Management).
- Risk Management – 1 position for graduates in Economics, Engineering, Risk Management or related fields.
- Electrical Engineering – 1 position.
- Corrosion – 1 position for graduates in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or related fields.
- Fibre Engineering – 1 position for graduates in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, IT or Computer Engineering.
- Systems Automation – 2 positions for graduates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electrical Systems and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering (Diploma) – 10 positions.
- Mechanical Engineering (Diploma) – 7 positions.
- Engineering fields (Diploma) – 4 positions.
- Civil Engineering (Diploma) – 3 positions.
- Electrical and Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering (Diploma) – 2 positions.
- Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry (Diploma) – 2 positions.
- Corrosion (Diploma in Electrical Engineering) – 2 positions.
- Aeronautical Engineering (Diploma) – 1 position.
In total, KPC will take 50 interns under the programme.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Be below 28 years old.
- Have graduated from a recognised university from 2020 onwards.
- Hold the required Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma for the position applied for.
- Be available to work on a full-time basis for one year.
How to Apply
Interested graduates must apply online through the KPC E-Recruitment portal.
Applicants must first register on the E-Recruitment portal before applying for the internship. They should also follow the application procedure provided in the Training Manual available on the KPC careers page.
The application deadline is Friday, September 25, 2026.
KPC has warned applicants that it does not charge any fee during the recruitment process. Applicants should also be careful with suspicious messages or requests for money and confirm such communication with the company’s Human Resource Office.
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
The internship will run for one year, and KPC says the programme will not be extended beyond the stated period.
