Here is another good opportunity for Kenyans who are hunting for jobs to get a chance. The Public Service Commission (PSC) has released a list of 843 job vacancies from various government offices, departments, and ministries nationwide.

The Commission has officially published this notice on Tuesday, 16 December 2025. Qualified individuals are urged to apply for various positions. The vacancies cover sectors in education, trade, land resources, human rights, development, HR management, and public administration.

More percentages are for first-time job entry. This is a chance for a large group of students who graduated this year, or those who finished other years, and have certificates to fit into the positions. Several individuals who are already working in the public service and want a job promotion also have a chance to elevate to higher roles that include Manager, Secretary, Deputy, and Assistant Director.

Vacancies by the Office of the President

The recruitment exercise covers various roles within key government offices and ministries. These include departments under the Office of the President, Economic Planning, Foreign Affairs, Public Service and Human Capital Development, Youth Affairs and the Creative Economy, Environment and Climate Change, Trade, Roads, Lands and Physical Planning, as well as ASALs and Regional Development.

Entry-level job opportunities for graduates

Graduates and job seekers looking to start a career in government have a major opportunity, as the Commission has announced a large recruitment drive targeting entry-level roles.

The available positions cut across both professional and technical fields and are spread within the Public Service Commission as well as several other state departments.

Some of the roles on offer include junior officers in administration, human resource management and development, compliance and audit, ethics and governance, accounting and internal audit, records management, information technology, research, policy analysis, and supply chain management. There are also support positions in areas such as supply chain operations and public communication.

In addition, the recruitment exercise covers opportunities within departments handling devolution, lands and physical planning, public service administration, and human capital development.
