SHA Announces Job Vacancies for Kenyans, How to Apply
The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced job vacancies for qualified Kenyans looking to work in the country’s health insurance sector.
In a notice released by the Authority, SHA said it is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to help improve service delivery and strengthen its operations.
Out of the 54 vacancies, 47 positions are for Administration Officer I (SHA Grade 7), while seven positions are for Senior Assistant Office Administrator (SHA Grade 6).
47 Administration Officer Jobs Available
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring proper use of office resources.
They will also assist in implementing administrative procedures, preparing reports, managing documents, and supporting communication within the Authority.
Seven Senior Assistant Office Administrator Positions
SHA is also seeking seven Senior Assistant Office Administrators to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior offices and departmental units.
Those selected will be expected to coordinate schedules, manage official documents, maintain records, and support communication between departments.
Requirements for Applicants
Candidates applying for the positions must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution and provide the following documents:
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the DCI.
- KRA Tax Compliance Certificate.
- HELB Clearance Certificate.
- EACC Clearance Certificate.
- CRB Report.
Applicants are also required to submit a detailed CV, copies of academic and professional certificates, a cover letter, and contacts of at least three professional referees.
Previous Position Cancelled
SHA has clarified that the Office Administrator II position that had been advertised earlier has been cancelled. Applicants have been advised to only apply for the vacancies currently available.
