The KCB Foundation has announced new 2Jiajiri Programme scholarship opportunities for young Kenyans who want to gain practical vocational skills.
The programme is being offered in partnership with the NG-CDF Office and will support successful applicants to train in selected vocational courses.
Those selected will receive structured training and may also get an opportunity for industrial placement to gain practical work experience.
Who Can Apply for the 2Jiajiri Scholarship?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be aged 18 to 34 years.
Have a valid National Identity Card.
Be able to read and write in English and/or Kiswahili.
Be willing to train at one of the listed Vocational Training Centres.
Be ready to attend the required training sessions and industrial placement.
Fall under one of the programme’s target groups: skiller, apprentice or business owner.
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee selection because the scholarship is competitive.

The available vocational courses and participating training institutions are listed on the application form.
Applicants should carefully check the available options and select a course and institution that matches their interests and availability.
KCB 2Jiajiri Application Deadline
Interested applicants should submit their applications by September 8, 2026.
Shortlisted applicants are expected to attend interviews on September 11, 2026, at the respective training institution indicated during the application process.
Applicants are advised not to wait until the last day to submit their forms.
What to Carry for the Interview
Shortlisted candidates should carry:
The completed application form.
Their original National ID.
Certificates showing their highest academic qualification.
Candidates who fail to present the required original documents during the interview may be disqualified.
How to Apply
Applicants should complete the official application form and provide all the required information.
After completing the form, applicants should select “Save My Responses”. They can then reopen the saved form and download a copy.
The downloaded form should be carried to the interview if the applicant is shortlisted.
