PSC Announces 67 Jobs for Form Four Leavers in Kenya (Security Wardens, Cooks & More)

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 67 job vacancies under the Ministry of Interior and National Administration, giving new opportunities to Form Four leavers in Kenya.
The jobs will be based at the State Department for Correctional Services, and successful applicants will be deployed across different departments.
Available Job Positions
The vacancies are divided into four main categories:
1. Security Wardens – 25 Positions
Security wardens will be responsible for guarding government facilities, controlling entry points, and ensuring no unauthorised persons or vehicles enter restricted areas.
Requirements:
- KCSE D+ or above
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must be below 36 years of age
2. Cooks – 18 Positions
Cooks will prepare food, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure cooking equipment is clean and properly used.
Requirements:
- KCSE D or its equivalent
- Craft certificate in food production, sales and service, or related field
3. Artisans – 19 Positions
Artisans will work in areas such as carpentry, masonry, welding, plumbing, and painting. They will assist in repairs and maintenance under supervision.
Requirements:
- KCSE D or equivalent
- Trade Test Certificate Grade III in relevant trade
4. Housekeeping Assistants – 5 Positions
Housekeeping assistants will clean rooms and hallways, manage laundry, and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Requirements:
- KCSE D or equivalent
- At least 2 months of training in housekeeping or laundry
