Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has sent a strong message to President William Ruto, telling him to stop blaming or fighting former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In remarks captured on video, Gachagua told Ruto, “Wewe Kasongo, wachana na Rais Uhuru Kenyatta,” arguing that Uhuru Kenyatta is not the person fighting him politically.
Gachagua went on to claim that Ruto had created his own political problems and warned that his main political opponent would be Riggy G himself.
According to Gachagua, Uhuru Kenyatta is not responsible for Ruto’s political challenges. He instead presented himself as the person who could give Ruto the biggest political challenge.
The remarks come amid continued political exchanges between Gachagua and leaders associated with the Kenya Kwanza administration.
